In partnership with NILE, TransformELT provided a 12-week course (April-June 2022) for the Innovative Centre in Samarkand, preparing teachers for Cambridge Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT). Support and guidance were also provided for Cambridge Delta. The TKT course was delivered remotely via Zoom and supported with asynchronous feedback and supervision. Uzbek teachers have a recent history of success with TKT, with the percentage of candidates achieving Band 3 or Band 4 in 2019 significantly exceeding percentages worldwide. Early results from the Innovative Centre cohort suggest that they will maintain this success rate
