Kimkong Heng
Kimkong Heng has recently submitted his PhD thesis to the School of Education at the University of Queensland, Australia. He is a co-founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Cambodian Education Forum and the Cambodian Journal of Educational Research. He also serves as a visiting senior research fellow at the Cambodia Development Center and a PhD fellow at the Cambodia Development Resource Institute. He has extensive experience in ELT as a teacher, lecturer, teacher educator, and researcher. He has two master’s degrees in TESOL and has been an IELTS and TOEFL trainer. He has published extensively on Cambodia’s social, political, and educational issue. His research interests include ELT, research engagement and productivity, and academic publishing.
