has been in the ELT field working in adult education since 1982. Originally from the US, she worked in business before coming to Austria and today works primarily with corporate clients. She spent a number of years in teacher training working at the Teacher Training College in Austria and held Business English courses for teachers at NILE for five summers. Marjorie worked with students from a variety of disciplines at the University of Graz and is now doing research for the Language Institute on teacher development. In addition, she is an active conference presenter on topics such as Business English, cooperative learning, NLP and learner preferences. She has published Business English materials with Cambridge University Press, Pearson, Cengage and Macmillan and is currently working on a major new project with an international publisher. She has also published two methodology books on learner preferences with Delta Publishing and Wayzgoose Press.
