Jeff Stanford
is a graduate in Russian and French from The University of Leeds and has UK postgraduate qualifications in applied linguistics, teacher training and interactive multimedia. Fluent in English, French and Spanish, he also has good working knowledge of German and Russian. Jeff is currently based in Berlin and London and has worked in Russia, France, Spain, Italy, Ecuador, Thailand, Germany and the UK. Jeff works in four inter-related areas: EFL teacher training, E-learning, Communicative Assessment training and Communication Skills Training. Since 1999 he has worked as a tutor on the MA TESOL at Leicester University. He has written a book and several articles on creating a CLT approach using the Moodle platform. Jeff’s main current projects include: EnSPIRe-U project with the British Council, advising on the development of a new ESP curriculum, teaching methodology and communicative assessment in HE throughout Uzbekistan.
