Jason Skeet
is an experienced teacher educator with a passion for CLIL and bilingual education. He has worked in secondary, FE and HE levels with a diversity of students, teachers and lecturers. In addition to CLIL, he is a trainer in English as a Second Language (ESL), E-Learning, coaching, and educational materials design.
After teaching in a bilingual school for seven years, he joined the Centre for Teaching and Learning at Utrecht University as a CLIL consultant and trainer. He also worked there as a course tutor on the U-TEAch Master’s programme, training international and bilingual school teachers. Since returning to the UK, he has been working with Norwich Institute of Language Education (NILE) as a trainer in CLIL and programme leader on the MA in Professional Development in Language Education. He is also the Principal Examiner for the Cambridge International Certificate/Diploma in Teaching Bilingual Learners. Jason has PhD in Critical and Cultural Theory from Cardiff University.
