Supporting the LGBTQAI+ community is very important to us. For the last 3 years, a number of key members of our team have volunteered to support Norwich Pride by taking part in running the Pride shop on parade day. This year we are delighted to see our Marketing Assistant undertaking the role of Youth Ambassador to Norwich Pride.
Update – We continue to work towards ensuring that LGBTQAI+ issues within the profession are discussed openly by including a Professional Learning Community on that theme in Globe – Communities of Practice.
